It is no secret that a healthy body needs movement. Yoga and Tai chi are forms of movement which anyone (yes you!) can do. Simply starting with the breath, closing the eyes and connecting with the body, can have great effects on improving your health.  During your treatment Kelly will be able to offer movement suggestions which can help your condition and suit your abilities and lifestyle. Kelly is trained in both Yoga and Tai chi, and experienced in teaching individuals in all levels and abilities.
